Working as a Chef in France for many years, Serge Pambo dreamed of launching a concept reflecting cuisine from his roots. He grew to appreciate some of the best and most popular French sandwiches such as the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame. Founded in August 2021, Holy Croque features the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame sandwiches reflecting African, French, Asian, and American flavors.
